Greek startups are invited to shape the future of digital health through start4health and innovative partnerships
For one more year, Pfizer's Center for Digital Innovation (CDI), based in Thessaloniki, is organizing Start4Health (https://centerfordigitalinnovation.pfizer.com/start4health), an Accelerator Program focused on Digital Health. The Program, which is developing into an institution for the Greek innovation ecosystem, invites Greek startups to present innovative ideas and cutting-edge technology solutions, with the ultimate goal of improving patients’ lives.
This time, CDI is looking for an even wider range of solutions, providing the opportunity for more startups to participate in the program. In particular, the solutions can fall into one or more of the four thematic categories: Digital Health, Bioinformatics, Business Intelligence and Green Innovation. They can serve any stage of the pharmaceutical process, from drug discovery, to production and supply chain.

The best two proposals will be rewarded with the prizes of €25,000 and €10,000 for the first and second winning teams, respectively. In addition to monetary prizes, participants will have the opportunity to both optimize their business model and strengthen their position in the market, as well as claim a future collaboration with Pfizer.
E-Nios (e-NIOS Applications IKE), the company that received the first prize at Start4Health last year, has already launched an ambitious collaboration with CDI, which aims to answer the leading challenge of personalizing treatments for a large spectrum of diseases.
"We are ready, for one more year, to welcome the ideas and enthusiasm of Greek startups at Start4Health, which is evolving into an institution for the Greek innovation ecosystem. I am confident that again this year we will receive unique, innovative proposals, which will significantly help CDI's goal of developing innovations that positively impact patients’ lives. I am also excited because our cooperation with e-Nios, the winner of start4health 2022, proves not only the quality of the ecosystem and the participants in the Program, but also that our commitment to cooperate with the Greek research and innovation ecosystem is an integral part of CDI's vision and actions", said Nico Gariboldi, CDI’s Site Lead.
